Shady would then call up Phil to come over and pose like a statue. The deal was simply to allow Shady to hypnotize Phil into being his perfect marble statue for events. Phil apon hearing it knew that it was the only choice so he agreed to it. But as he was on his knees begging for some more time Shady made him a deal. Seen Shady was a smaller guy but Phil and everyone knew he tended to make guys who owe him money disappear and are never seen again. Phil told him that he is looking for a new job and that soon he will be able to start making payments. But Shady did not care and wanted him to pay up or have a plan. Phil who was broke which is why he was betting so wild at the races had no money and had lost everything. Shady one day called Phil to his house and wanted him to pay up. A few weeks ago Phil had built up a massive debt at the horse races and all of it was owned by the one man who was known as Shady. Phil walked into the man’s house as it was part of the deal he made with him. I took it a different way once the man was hypnotized and added a lot of my thoughts and ideas that were not in the original film.) ( So this is kind of based on a film911 with similar ideas of debt being paid off by becoming a statue.
